Onsite consulting is our most personalized and customizable service. We come into an organization and work with the team, or a subset of the team, over whatever period they would like, from 2 hours to 2 weeks or more. Together we will explore the current culture of the organization, strengths, and opportunities for growth. From there, a plan outlining objectives, timelines, and methods will be created. We also offer a monthly subscription service for ongoing support.
