INDIVIDUAL RESILIENCE TRAINING
Individual sessions focus on the first half of the material covered in the retreat setting. These sessions allow the individual to explore in a much deeper way who they are and specifically which coping strategies they are currently using are helping them and which are hindering what they want for their lives. The concept of healthy boundaries and what those look like for that person specifically will also be examined. Training can be customized to specific needs and goals or it can focus on general and overall resilience in the individual. Couples resilience training is also available upon request. We offer single session resilience training, as well as packages for 1 or 6 months of training sessions.
